I bring 20 years of professional movement experience as a dancer and practicing yogini, and personal study with master teachers like Joel and Michelle Levey and Leila Sadeghee to the yoga space. Formally qualified in  2013, I am clear on anatomy in order to free up the juicy benefits of awareness and loving-kindness, with a healthy dose of humour. Registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals.

Get a bespoke home practice designed for your body and mind. Practice intelligently, find stability in your yoga without having to make it to the studio. Tottenham Yoga Classes

Thursday afternoon mama-baby yoga 2-3pm, for reconnecting with life after birth. Contact for details, booking on a half termly basis. 

Yoga at Work
Private or group classes at the office are a great way to melt stress and re-set individual concentration and group performance. Lessons can be tailored to the folks in the room. Get in touch to discuss.

Julia is a very personable, positive and professional yoga teacher, who teaches a well-rounded and balanced practice, focusing on all aspects of yoga: the spiritual and meditative state, the anatomy and physical benefits of postures, as well as the detail in each pose to ensure that the practice builds on a solid foundation, minimising risk of injury. Julia is excellent at identifying each participant's key strengths and development areas, and adjusting the practice accordingly, to ensure that each participant gets the most out of the practice. I have now attended Julia's yoga practice for the last 18 months, and I would highly recommend her classes to everyone!
